Review summary

Had we known our room would involve noise from above, we would have had second thoughts about booking this particular cabin. The booking agent had to have known. Now for the ringer - we were on our honeymoon. Say goodbye to repeat business from us - or others we know.

Ship tip

Avoid cabin R716 or the ones adjacent, unless you enjoy hearing foot traffic and chairs being moved around in the buffet above during the early morning and later evening. The noise above you will control when you go to sleep and when you wake up - no need for alarm clocks.

Visit to indigenous Indian tribe was the highlight of this excursion.

Puerto Limon, Costa Rica

5 out of 5

George Town, Grand Cayman Did not visit port

Staff stated unsafe to tender ashore. Many on board believe delay leaving Panama contributed to this - late arrival in Limon, Costa Rica.

Sounds like a great cruise

You gave it 5 stars so it must have otherwise been an excellent cruise.

So why no next cruise? Honeymoon no noise from your room. Sounds like everything else was all you could ask for.

Perhaps next cruise you will look at deck plans to select your cabin. A lesson we have all learned.

We learned that lesson the hard way also. We always book a room with cabins above and below and each side.
