Review summary

the tenders are not fit for the disabled. It was a horrible experience for my husband. He did not tender at the second port. Although the staff on the tenders were extremely helpful, the boat is not adequate for wheelchairs and it should be made clear on the description of the cruise. Disabled not able to use tenders!

We travel with a wheelchair and we got an email a month before telling us we would not be able to go to Belize. Due to the wheelchair.

Hmmm, that is strange you were not aware of the limited wheelchair access with tenders. When we review the itinerary on our invoice it clearly states wheelchair access limited in ports using tenders.

That's sad.
