Review summary

As an Elite Member of Princess Captains Circle we were accustomed to amenities being readily available. This was not the case, we had to request each item and some were not made available even after request. Our bed linen was not changed the entire 7 days and floor not vacuumed. The entertainment however was excellent. The dining service and buffet were very good.

With two less pax on my Princess ships, that's two less chair Hogs and two less in the buffet lines. Win-Win!

Hi what were the amenities that were lacking, we have found princess to be excellent, linen changed and vacuumed every day. Cabin Stewart very helpful.

I went on this Ship in 2014. It was the First, and will be the LAST, Princess Cruise line I will ever travel on!!I was very Disappointed with the Service. I also experienced the same, no change of bed linens or cabin vacuumed, the whole cruise. I am used to the Wonderful Service on Royal Caribbean Cruises, and Princess just could not Come compete with the Impeccable services of Royal Caribbean!!!
