Review summary

Ship sailed smoothly, well organized embarkment and disembarking. Enjoyed the shows at night. My grandson was happy being in the Fun Zone. Good and services at the Island dining room was excellent. Food at the Crown Grill was superb. At the Horizon Dining room, the service was ok but it needs lot of improvement. Some waiters don't have customer service. Our cabin crew housekeeper Sabino was excellent. He made sure that we are looked after, very polite and helpful.

want to recognize Ruben Reyes, Victor (waiter), and Eldin Reyes for the superb, excellent service. They have gone an extra mile helping us because we had a member in our group that was in a wheelchair. Ruben had explained the new items in the menue everytime.
