Review summary
We were disappointed with the ship overall. It truly needs updating. Also the biggest problem was the delay bording in Houston. The fog caused the ship to be delayed coming into port, which happens regularly at this new Houston Pier. Very unorganized, we borded around 5 or 6:00 pm We did not leave port til 11:00pm Dinner was interupted by the safety drill It was a terrible day. Our ports of call were switched around because of the delay Also they had the virus aboard the ship on the previous cruise. We also had people getting sick all through the cruise. They were really trying to sanitize everything. I think because of all the extra people needed in the buffet line to serve everyone all service on the ship was hampered. They did their best, but it was different from any cruise I have ever been on. I would never go out of the Houston Port again. I have been on several different cruise lines and I have to say I was not impressed with Princess this time. I have cruised 3 times with them and this was so different. Sorry just being truthful
