Review summary

The customer service on board the Caribbean Princess was nothing like I expected it to be. The waitstaff is so busy staying on schedule in the dinining room they do not have time to talk with you or to take drink orders! This cruise line does not have wine stewards in the dining room to take care of your drinks. The menu in the dining room was not stellar either; it was quite boring. The bedding was quite uncomfortable as well. In addition to the uncomfortable bedding, the bathrooms did not contain hand-held showers. I was in a balcony room on Baja deck- we should have had hand-held showers. Also, we also missed the folded towel animals. After to talking to other room stewards, it appears that is only only done for cabins traveling with children. I missed the towel animals! On the plus side, the ship had two pool areas that were adult only! Overall, we will not be cruising with Princess again.
