Dining Room on Caribbean Princess

Service was very slow. Food was never the right temp.

We were on the cruise that left on December 10 th The ship was old but clean . The staff was very friendly We had premier dining The way we were treated was amazing. We have been on over 30 cruise. The food and service was the best We had four Ports to visit we only saw 2 of them because of the high winds The cruise line gave us $75.00 per person plus port charges for two of us over $225.00. I love sailing on princess

Venue, staff: fine. Food, C- on a great day. They have begun charging $20.00 each if you’d like lobster or filet mignon on any dining night, or 39.99 for a duet, except on final night, charges lifted.

I ate almost every night in Palm Dining Room. The first two evenings, the queuing system even for those with Reservations was chaotic. But this was resolved for the rest of the journey. I found the ambience here was to my liking and the staff were all very good. On Super Bowl night I had to request that my table be moved (I didn’t have a specific table - usually a different one each night) as the table of 8 immediately behind me were broadcasting the live event on a phone and cheering loudly. I understand the importance of the sporting occasion but I found this unacceptable when there were available times to eat to avoid impacting on other diners. The Maitre D was excellent in discretely moving me.

Poor choice on menu. It a paired the we’re cutting corners. Forced to go to Chops to eat or the buffet not up to standards we called it the hog trough.

Palm dining room early time was great never rushed and good food.

Service was slow the first night after nearly 2 years down. But by day 2, service was great. Some issues getting reservations through the app throughout the cruise
