We just took this cruise. P&O are one of the only lines not to publish port times, you can discover some times on local port websites but even these changed for several ports. Flรฅm we were an hour ahead and Haugesund our port times and tours were moved 30minutes earlier. I used the timings of the trips they were selling to calculate any trips I booked myself. For example the train in Flam, the last time they were selling was 14.15 for the 14.35 train.

If you plan for arriving in port at 8am and departure at 4pm you will not be far away. I have just returned from a cruise on iona in the fjords so these times are based on very recent experience. Hope this helps.
