we have sailed on Britannia several times. you only have slippers and robes if in a suite or a tier such as Mediterranean which I am and I only get slippers. Depends on your tier.

We are on her in Spain right now, you can't even get a simple milkshake, the ship feels penny pinched sadly, we are moving our next year's booking to another Ship, perhaps back to Arvia, Iona or another line entirely..

If it's a deluxe balcony, then yes. Standard balcony, no. Hope this helps.

You can purchase a special package that gives you dressing gowns, chocolates, breakfast in your room, massages and extras. we buy it every time we cruise! I highly recommend.
