We watched the luggage guy throwing cases around and when we got one of our cases one of the wheels was ripped off

We were watching luggage being removed from our balcony. They tipped the whole cart over and luggage flew everywhere

Sorry to about your luggage however baggage handlers moves thousands of luggages with very limited time, no difference when you traveling by air. Anyway thanks for sharing.

Sorry about your luggage. Once we saw it all piled up in a service area. Ouch. We’ve carried ours off for years. Trying to find it in the collection area was frustrating
