Review summary

I enjoyed the cruise overall. The room was spacious for the two of us, loved the balcony, and the service was great! Bring snacks and your water bottle and you'll save a lot of money.

Embarkation

The only thing I would change is that on the day of the embarkment, there should have been a 'day of' email to explain the process, what port we should report to, etc. It was my first cruise and there were several ports but I had no idea which to go to. I had to frantically search through all the emails to find the tiniest print to say which port to go to. That info should be clear and concise and delivered the day before or day of the cruise to prevent stress.

The main dining room (minstrel/mytime dining) was okay, I had higher expectations. I had to send multiple dishes back bc the quality wasn't great, specifically the crab cake, which was very disappointing as we are literally right on the water. I would think the seafood would've been a lot better. Windjammer was pretty good, better than Minstrel in my opinion. We ended up going there for dinner bc of the disappointing dinners. Breakfast was amazing every day. We visited Chops and Giovanni's as well, both very good. Giovanni's was the best overall dining experience of the entire trip.
