We got a late start due to fog and embarkation was a mess, but once aboard the crew made it easy to forget. The ship is clean and well maintained. Have fun, relax, and enjoy your cruise.

Our cruise was delayed 7.5 hours due to fog. Once embarkation started Royal/ Port Tampa was very unorganized and it was pure chaos. Probably will not be cruiseling out of Tampa again.

Brilliance is an older ship, though very nice, there is not a whole lot to do other than drink, sit at the pool, or casino. They have a lot of trivia and activities like that, but so does every cruiseliner.

Our dining room staff was phenomenal. Even the servers that weren't assigned to us were very attentive and polite. Very personable. All other staff was great as well.

Older ship. Remodeled nicely, not a lot of activities or snack food type areas, but it is very clean and easy to navigate.
