Review summary

Wasn’t worth the money not to mention 18 percent gratuity. 9 of them at $14.50 a pop on my bill specialty restaurant don’t bother except for chops

We paid extra for the ultimate dining package $372 I think. Well they had 3 specialty restaurant s chips was excellent great waiter. The other 2 well horrible one restaurant we had to cook our on food on some kind of rock and wasn’t informed about it at all. There soup was was nasty my wife took 4 bites out of whole dinner. That was supposed to be Japanese but was aisian. The other was Italians wife said it was ok I took 4 bites of my food. Don’t exspect any sea food either. That will cost extra above what you already paid. Then we ordered room service and I ordered this nice sounding hamburger. Took one bite and the meat was spoiled bad I almost threw up. The main ship buffet was ok

Room 3602 omg. Paid extra for a ocean view. Don’t remember how much extra but the bed was good size but the last night I slept on the floor. The mattress was horrible my back started hurting after the first nite. The shower I’m 5’6” tall 198 lbs I couldn’t turn around in the shower much less even thinking about bending over to scrub my feet. Over all room was not worth extra money way to small

Didn’t get to dock on right side of island had take 22 minute taxi to where everything was why don’t really know cause other ships were docking there. Everything is way over priced there should have stayed on ship

Sorry you did not enjoy your cruise... my husband and I rented a newer Jeep from Alamo (not in advance) within walking distance to where the Brilliance docked in Cozumel last year. We had such a beautiful day seeing the scenery all along the ocean. We stopped at a roadside restaurant and had a great lunch on the beach, it was so nice. We also loved Chops restaurant on the ship. The service throughout the ship was very good and we like the size of the Brilliance of the Seas, not being over crowded but still plenty to see and do. We plan to go again in 2020 😎

You might consider other forms of vacation that you can find something good to say about. Cruising is not your friend or spell check.

You listened to the wrong people about Cozumel. The main land is the issue. And pretty sure Japan is in Asia;)
