Review summary

Royal Caribbean food and activities have gotten worse over the years. No longer have bathrobes for Diamond members. Never saw the cabin steward. Diamond Club way too small. Wait staff and bar staff were extremely nice and friendly . Spa staff were rude and not friendly.

Average food. No longer have lobster on the menu. Food has gone down hill over the years.

Onboard Activities

Pool, Fitness Center were great. Both my husband and I got a massage. We were sore for a week after. I always get a massage on a a cruise and this has never happened. I showed up At the scheduled time and did not get a massage for 45 minutes.

Entertainment

Female singer in the Schooner Barceas horrible. She focused a lot on Irish songs.

Service and Staff

Very friendly staff all over the ship. The cruise director was great. The two women working with him large blonde women and tall thin with dark hair were not friendly at all. Arvin at the solarium bar was very nice. Waiter Irish and assistant Rayham were amazing. Best staff we have had in 12 cruises. Matredee for late seating was so great and moved us to a great table. He checked on us every night.

Ship Quality

Beautiful ship. Loved the Schooner and Bar Colony Club. The diamond lounge was very small and could only accommodate 20 people. There were 76 diamond members on the cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved this cabin. Very spacious, clean room. Large round window. Great for people in a wheelchair or scooter.
