Review summary

Ship from the start had horrible communication. Food was almost always served cold and wait staff rude. And limited. Many cruises, never this experience. Very poor layout as well. I will never cruise Royal Caribbean.

They canceled here due to weather but waited til very last minute to tell us.no refund except a 30.00 port fee. No other kind of compensation. Communicate was horrible.
