Review summary

The food was old and recooked every night.  Nothing tasted as if it was freshly cooked.    Were given dirty sheets for our bed after waiting 2 hours.  The staff was very rude and discriminatory throughout the cruise.  To make matters worse I developed a rash on my face after using a dirty napkin in Rita's Cantina.

I'm  Very dissatisfied.  I am requesting a full refund.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Gabriel, our waiter in the My Time dining area on Friday night was rude and very unprofessional. He walked over swaying from side to side as if he was imitating an African American's walk . Stood at our table for several seconds. As we begin to look over our menus to order he interrupted and said " I don't work here. I said to him that he needed to go find someone who does

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

1 out of 5
The comedian made insensitive jokes related to "Black lives matter" Stating black cops stopped him and he said to them "Forget Black Lives matter, Comedian's live matter". Very offensive and not at all funny. I didn't pay to be insulted while trying to be entertained.

I certainly hope your next cruise is better. I can't pretend to guess why you had such a bad time. Reaching out to the cruise company with a hand written letter to the President with copies to customer service may get you some relief. Please contact your travel agent as well, some of the larger travel groups have some pull with the cruise lines.

Wow!  Can't hardly believe that all this happened to you.  It is a most unusual experience to have happened. I do hope that your net cruise is a better one for you.

If the napkin was dirty why did you use it ????

This web site is not part of NCL.   NCL will never see it here.   Your photo's are posted on a public web site and any body can see them.

I suggest

1.  Contact the web site to remove your photo's.... bottom of the page has a "Contact us" tab.

2.  Send a letter to NCL,  but give details of what was not good.   Just saying it was bad has no credibility with out examples to back it up.

This lady must have a very thin skin. We traveled on the same ship, same date and same deck as her and our experience was 180 degree opposite to hers.

We have always traveled Carnival and this was our first Royal Caribbean cruise. The embarkation and debarkation were the fastest we have ever had,

Maybe she caught the X-rated comedy act. We watched the comedian at the 7pm show and he was really funny, no dirty jokes. The other two nights they had an excellent Broadway style show, maybe she had been traveling in Crystal ships, I know Carnival uses their own guests on their nightly "shows"

"The ship is small", she should try Harmony of the Seas next time.

Our cabin was spotless, even has a refrigerator, not found on Carnival.

Agreed with her on the Restaurant, tried it the first night and it was the last, did our eating on the Windjammer the rest of the trip. Great selection and

no lines (unlike Carnival's lines)

Our only fault we found was on their pool/whirlpool area, they have the smallest hot tubs (3 people) and only 3 of them, the two pools were also very

small, forget bringing swimming gear unless you plan to use Cozumel's beaches.
