Review summary

We had a good time on this trip and definitely want to go back to Cozumel.  But we would like to take a larger ship (less rocking would be good) with bigger or more pools (never could get a chair near the pools).  Food was good.  Service and staff were outstanding!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Small pools and not even chairs. The running track is blocked by chairs during the day.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Comedian and Hypnotist are hilarious! A must see!

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Lacks pool space.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
I usually cannot wait to get home to get back to my own bed. That was not the case on this cruise. The beds were very comfortable. Our cabin was very clean. And the gentleman that cleaned our stateroom took good care of the seasick guests in his area. He was genuinely concerned.

Ship tip

Get to the pool early to get a chair and don't waste your time with the farewell show. On a positive note, try the pumpkin seed dinner rolls. They are incredible! Also, we discovered that a nice place to hand out during the day for peace and quiet is the 5th floor deck.

Ports of call

If you have time, go to Whiskey Joe's to eat. Not only is good food, it is a great place to hand out for drinks. It is even family friendly.

Cozumel, Mexico

Take the jeep tour of the entire island. It was worth every penny we paid. Learned a lot and did a lot!

We went back in December and we had a lot of rocking but you got used to it. Just bring Dramamine, and or whatever you like to use and you should be fine. We had a room on the 3rd floor and never felt a thing at night.

We were on deck 8 a week ago. Very gentle rocking at times. My wife is prone to sea sickness but wasn't bothered by it. She did have Dramamine just in case, but wasn't necessary. You may stagger a little bit when walking

We were in 4530 last year, and on the 18th we'll be in 4532.

That's great to hear randy110. We will be in 4535 and was curious about that since this is our first cruise.

I went on Brilliance around this time last year, our room was deck 4 mid ship, couldn't feel a thing,+ weather was beautiful.

I am prone to motion sickness, however I told my husband I would try it just wanting an idea how much stabilizers work so I know what kind of sea sickness medication to bring

I just don't understand why people don't like rocking? It's a ship, if ya don't like a little rock on roll, then go to Gatlinburg for vaca..

Oh no!! There was a lot of rocking ??
