Ports of call

Bergen, Norway

We enjoyed Bergen used the Hop on- Hop off bus and then we wandered around, plenty of cafes and places of interest. We also visited Lerwick on the Shetland Isles, Borealis anchored and we used the tenders. Lerwick was lovely, A really enjoyable cruise.

Flam

5 out of 5
No excursion we used the Mini-Train for a hour an a half tour. We have been there before and did the Flam railway trip then which is excellent. The mini- train was good it took us out of the village into the countryside and then alongside to Fjord.

Living in Lancashire this a great port for us saving a 300 mile coach journey to Southampton.

Lovely port, on the Mini-train again, you get a feel for the place and a commentary. Some nice shops and cafes. Lovely views of the Fjords and the mountains

No problems apart from at low tide there is a steep climb from the dock to the terminal building, there is a mini- bus if needed.
