SIZE OF A RIVER CRUISE CABIN, WITH ONE SINK AND A PHONE BOOTH FOR A SHOWER. VIRTUALLY NO STORAGE SPACE, WE LIVED OUT OF OUR SUITCASES

DONT GO. THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING, LIKE DINING IN THEIR SPECIALITY RESTAURANTS. GO EAT IN THEM AND GET HANDED A $100 BILL AT THE END, SUPRISE.

THEY DID NO GO TO HAMILTON AS PROGRAMED, WE HAD A TOUR IN HAMILTON AND WE HAD TO TAKE A FERRY IN THE RAIN AND ROUGH SEAS TO GET TO HAMILTON. AZAMARA DID NOT PAY FOR THE FERRY RIDE AND YOU COULD NOT CANCEL THE TOUR WHEN YOU FOUND OUT YOU WERE NOT IN HAMILTON.

THEY WERE NOT ORGANIZED FOR ARRIVAL, THE CAPTAIN GOT US IN EARLY AND THE SHIP WAS CLEARED BY 6 AM BUT THEY DID NOT START TO UNLOAD THE BAGS, AND DELAYED EVERYONE FOR AN EXTRA HOUR, STANDING IN LINE ON THE DECK. WE WERE ALL GETTING OFF THE SHIP TO CATCH EARLY FLIGHTS AND AWAITING TOURS. NO ORGANIZATION AT ALL JUST SILENCE.

Wow.Not sure what you expect. Maybe never happy.Been on about 175 cruises.Azamara is my favorite. Service top notch.Food could use a little variety.

Oh boy, a mess up here and there can really impact one's cruising overall experience. Hope some good memories have been made as well.
