The staff is very well trained--anticipated passengers' needs and were "johnny on the spot" w/o being intrusive.  All staff were friendly to all passengers and learned our names and "habits" quickly.  The food was better than other cruise lines I have been on.  The ship was always immaculate.  It appeared the staff took great pride in the ship and were happy to be part of it.  Can't say enough, and I've been sharing my experiences with lots of potential customers.  Thank you!

Your guest lecturers were outstanding. Attended all of them--very friendly and willing to speak to passengers subsequently.
