The cold fish at the fish & chip shop was a standing joke

Design
2000 sun loungers on the upper deck for 6500 guests. Not a lounger left at 07:00am on a sea day
Retractable dome doesn’t keep the rain out
When the ship is going into port and the officer of the watch puts on reverse thrusters to slow the ship down the aft suites vibrate- this is lovely at 04:00am most nights

Changed us from the cabin that we had selected and paid for, midship deck 14, balcony cabin 459. To aft, deck 9 mini suite 623. Hated it!!! 3 night’s sleep in 2 weeks. Bed and furniture vibrated when the ship was being slowly down to enter a port, reported multiple times to customer services, nothing done. Wife was in tears 5 times due to lack of sleep. Love cruising, will never book this ship again. I know other veteran cruisers who have cancelled their future cruise’s because of their experiences
I was on this exact same cruise, it was fantastic. Crew brilliant. Food amazing, entertainment great.
And if prepared to queue for 15-30 mins most places available!
