Review summary
No Christmas atmosphere onboard. Just a ship full of complaining passengers. The crew where amazingEmbarkation
Fairly quick through the hall but problem with the skywalk. Kept waiting for a while then had to return to the hall and get aboard by the midship gangway

Food and Dining
Generally excellent apart from Christmas Dinner. The food was cold and half the courses not served to us. Epicurean do a wonderful afternoon tea. We also had dinner in there on my birthday and it was very good. Sindhu well worth a visit. Main dining rooms on the whole good.
The Crow's Nest Bar & Lounge
Our main evening venue. Elena on the piano very good. Best waiter Pavan

Cabin / Stateroom
Deck 8 is not good. No privacy as the promenade deck right outside your balcony sponge with chairs and hot tubs. Plus it's the deck above the main theatre do noisy. Avoid this deck
Ship tip
The app is a disaster. On your first day aboard go to the restaurants you want to book and reserve your tables

Ports of call
We went on an excursion to Puerto Calero and went on a fabulous yellow submarine. It was really enjoyable. Lots of fish to spot.
Disembarkation
Given a disembarkation time. Sat in the theatre for over an hour waiting to be let off the ship. There where a lot of angry people
