Review summary

Overall, this was a great cruise. As I said that it is a small ship with a lot of heart. I would definitely recommend that you go to the flag ceremony as they recognize all the different nationalities that make up the staff on board. There were 63 different countries that were represented. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Embarkation

We were literally on the ship within 5 minutes.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food and service were great in the Main Dining Room for dinner. Food at breakfast was not as good and we were disappointed with Chops.

Main Dining Room

5 out of 5

Rowela and Ahmed were our servers. They were excellent. They made sure that we had extra butter each night and brought us out a cheese plate each night for starters. The food at dinner was also excellent. The breakfast food was not as good though but still good service.

Park Cafe

5 out of 5

Great for a light fare.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
As always, I enjoyed the trivia, pools, and game shows.

Solarium

5 out of 5

Great drinks. Jeffery and Frankie are awesome bartenders.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Entertainment was good. We enjoyed the juggler and comedians. The singers and dancers were also good. I do feel that they should change up the shows. Also the audio could be improved as the microphones would cut out once in a while.

Masquerade Theater

4 out of 5

Need better audio and need to change up the production shows.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was very friendly.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
For an older ship, she was clean and well maintained. No outlets by the beds in the stateroom, however. Joebert was our stateroom attendant and was fabulous. We loved our towel animals.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our stateroom attendant, Joebert was excellent.

Ship tip

Bring a book and just relax or join in the different activities on board. Enjoy your on vacation!

Ports of call

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
We went to Oasis Lagoon, where we enjoyed the pool and swim up bar.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
We choose not to get off at this port since we have been there before and don't really care for Nassau.

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

5 out of 5
We absolutely love Bermuda and we finally got to do the Gosling's sunset rum tasting tour. It was the third time we booked this excursion but the first time that the weather didn't prohibit us from doing it. This was an excellent excursion, btw.

Baltimore, Maryland

5 out of 5
Easiest port to sail in and out of.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We were off the ship in no time.
