Review summary

The cruise was spectacular, from the dining, to the shows, activities and excursions. The only issue was the mattress. It was hard and very uncomfortable. It was hard to sleep in and I woke up with back pain every night. Royal Caribbean can do better I think in this area. CASPER mattresses or quality mattress toppers.

The size was good, there were a lot of storage available in our stateroom and all of the amenities were provided. The only issue was the mattress. It was hard and very uncomfortable. Bilboa was by far the best port call by far. The Paris port of call was cancelled, but Bilboa was awesome and we would like to travel there again.

Thanks for your review. We will be on the Anthem in 2 weeks. Interesting about the mattress, had a similar experience on another Royal Caribbean ship. Hoping ours isn’t too hard.
