Review summary

Overall we had a great time, this was our first cruise from this far north. We enjoyed cruising this close to home, We always enjoy our time at Coco Cay and look forward to our next time we get to go back.

Quick and easy. Pull in and unload your baggage and head to the parking garage. Then head to security, we had the key for this trip so very quick and easy straight onto the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was great, our only issue was Jamie Italian not our thing we love Italian but it just wasn't our thing, Main dining for dinner was great the new menus were fine for our family. The windjammer was the usual American gladiator free for all, it's a little tough for me in a wheelchair with the pushing and shoving 😂

Great location. Only issue with location you are directly above the smokers area. So if that is something that would bother you keep that in mind when booking

Ship tip

Make sure to use shipmate to research your cruise, get reservations ASAP for activities such as North Star and Ifly

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

We chose to spend our day at Margaritaville with resort for a day. It was a great value for what we received, we always use resort for a day while is Nassau, the kids both loved the water park it was just enough to keep them both entertained, we also rented ocean bikes on site as well.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
We enjoyed the old version of the island as much as the new version. We found the Coco Beach Club for us is the closest thing to the old Coco cay nice and laid back not as crowded not as loud. Definitely our speed. We loved it and will be back!

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

Great flow of traffic, luggage drop off swift, then off to parking.

Disembarkation

This was our first time getting off with the updated technology and wow what a breeze compared to the old days. Definitely enjoyed customs compared to our pre COVID cruising.
