Review summary

It was a very relaxing cruise. The weather was cold even in Port Canaveral but beautiful in Cocoa Cay and Nassau. We enjoyed ourselves.

We ate all our dinners and most of our breakfasts in Coastal Kitchen. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server each night was Deepak. He was so personable and made sure we had everything we wanted and that we were happy with our dinner choices and service. We got to know about his family as well. He was the best server we’ve had on all our cruises.

We’ve seen We Will Rock You and The Gift on previous Anthem cruises and thoroughly enjoyed them. They were just as good on this cruise.

Our stateroom attendant Edwin kept our cabin spotless. He was very attentive to details. Deepak in Coastal Kitchen was outstanding as well. Perla in the Concierge Lounge was very personable. Other crew we came in contact were very helpful and provided great service.

Loved being in a one bedroom grand suite. It was in a great location, very convenient to the stairs and elevators. It was also very quiet.

Ship tip

We’ve cruised on Anthem four times now and have enjoyed every cruise. The solarium is a great place to go on the sea days heading down to Florida when the weather is cold outside like we had.

Disembarkation

Quick and easy. We only waited a couple minutes in line to get off the ship. We walked off the ship at about 7:45, got our luggage, paid for parking, loaded our car and were on our way home at about 8:15.

Glad you enjoyed your cruise. I had to cancel due to last minute medical issue. Why did the ship go to Port Canaveral even it was not on the itinerary? It was supposed to be a sea day.

Good time has by all

Vegan/vegetarian food was not up to RC standards; most disappointing. They listed the Indian vegetarian dishes under a meat item! I don’t eat meat why would I even read what was included in that meat item!!!!

Very nice, I love that I still get Lobster for free on formal night
