Overall we had a good time. Really wish they would change up the ports and ships out of Bayonne a little more often.

It only took us about 35 minutes from the time we dropped our luggage out front until we walked on to the ship. A little disappointed that this port doesn’t follow the check in time assigned to people. They told me they can’t because it’s too cold outside.

Windjammer was good but lacked variety. Main dining room was ok. We were there for almost 2 hours every night. The new menus seem to be slowing the crew down and the missing classics make it hard to find something you will eat on certain theme nights. The kids were super bummed out that they took the minute steak off the kids menu. Izumi was amazing as always
Onboard Activities

Everything has to be booked via the app now and the first couple of days it was acting up awful and it was impossible to get reservations for things. They missed out on ifly roller skating and the north star because of this and when we went to guest services they said they were sorry but they offered no solution. Also the bionic bar was down the entire 8 days we were on the ship

Kudzie in the main dining room was phenomenal with our children. One of the best waiters we have ever had. Ajit in windjammer was also very loved by our family he would do magic tricks and make napkin animals for the kids every morning. Yuselon was our room steward and he did a wonderful job. There are some very kind and hard working people on this ship

Bring Dramamine. This ship rocks and rolls more than any other ship I have been on..well except carnival ecstasy.
Glad you enjoyed it. Unless the cruise is 10 days or longer, there’s not many port options for a Bahamas/Caribbean cruise from the New York/New Jersey area.
