Review summary

Due to hurricane Nicole we were rerouted to Labadee and Dominican Republic, to make the best out of the cruise. But the waters were rough, the ship cleanliness was non-existant and the ship was way overcrowded. Impossible to book excursions, everything sold out.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food quality went down comparing to previous cruises, especially the buffet food

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
All activities were sold out the minute they became bookable at 8 pm every night. We never made it to the north star, pools were dangerously overcrowded.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
Wish were at least one classic show

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our room steward was very nice and helpful.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The ship was dirty. Glasses and plates everywhere. On more than one occasion I observed a waiter cleaning the table with a previous passenger's used napkin and no sanitizing products. Many people on the ship got sick with medical personnel acknowledging norovirus present on the ship and also both of my children and my dad got a cold.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin was cleaned well by our steward twice a day.

Ship tip

Take Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer.
