Waiters were good, especially enjoyed Richard, our assistant server in American Icon. Our room steward was nice.

I was surprised at how there were dishes and dirty tables everywhere we went. Venues were taking a long time to get cleaned up after events. found glasses and dishes setting in halls and elevators frequently.
