The cruise was great. I was surprised that guest services was very quick; I didn't encounter many lines when going there. This ship is very ADA compliant compared to their older ships, and elevators were more plentiful...you still have to fight for an elevator, but we got one a lot easier on this ship. My parent's room they booked had a door opener, so that made using a wheelchair or scooter even easier...plus the angle was easier because of the placement. I would sail on this ship again, but not from the New York area. It was just too cold. Just know it'll cost about $100 in a ride share to get to LaGuardia, and around +/-$40 to Newark.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Security at this port was unorganized, and the intake process was not normal. Traveling with a wheelchair passenger, we were told to wait in one area, but no clear directions given after that because there were multiple sections in there not labeled for us (ADA Wheelchairs).

Newer ship, so it was very well maintained so far.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The cabin was very well though out. Clean and comfortable. The shower was the showcase piece of this room. I do miss the Junior Suite walk in closets, but it's still a good room. You cannot plug an external speaker into the TV as it seems they disabled any external ports. I just do it because regular TV speakers aren't good quality, so I use my speakers to make the ship's music sound even better.
Ship tip
Watch your UBER & Lyft bills when going to/from the ship in Bayonne, NJ.
It's near the airport, but I found on return to the airport after the cruise the UBER and Lyft drivers take longer routes with more fees (double or more than quoted).
