Review summary

The food quality has declined, a lot of pool chairs were torn. Pools and hot tubs need resurfacing. Public areas were clean, except for buffet floors were always disgusting, especially under the tables. Events on calendars often were not even happening and staff seemed to be unaware that there was an event in their venue and would be scrambling to make it happen when people were showing up. so much confusion and disorganization. would never do this cruise again. Pizza place was good and their staff always pleasant. Only place to find food after 11-12. Need more food options late at night.

that was good

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
buffet floors disgusting, main dining was very disorganized the first 2 days. Chops food was good but they allowed children to have devices playing so loud we couldn't talk or enjoy the ambiance. there should be rules when you have to pay for a specialty restaurant.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5

Entertainment

3 out of 5
comedians were good. didn't appreciate having to make reservations to go to shows so we didn't go. They charged for small containers of popcorn,$2.50.

Children's Programs

no children with us

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
they were friendly, seemed genuine.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
not a fan of this boat

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
it was good, not much to complain about. Our steward did a good job.

Ship tip

don't book a room in our area, there was a smoking section right outside of our balcony room and there was always smokers down thereso we did not get to use it much as i am very affected by smoke. Also the ship charges way too much money for the actvities on private island.

Ports of call

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

Port Canaveral, Florida

bad idea to stop here. everything is 30 min to an hour away. So many people didn't bother getting off this boat.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

1 out of 5
hard to find beach chairs and too expensive to do the activities. ocean floor mushy to walk on and there was a septic smell in several different areas that we went to, gross. would never care to do this itinerary again.

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
not my favorite. Very crowded and chaotic when getting of boat. Had to push wheelchair down the street as the sidewalk was not sufficient or even wide enough or not even there.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Had to go to a special place for wheelchairs and wait for our family member to be transported. They did well, though. The luggage was easy to find and very well organized.

My wife and I were on this same sailing, 2/23/20 10560 was our stateroom, I agree on the popcorn, $2.50 was a joke, my wife even said it's probably the cheapest thing you can make onboard. Our stateroom was wonderful, could not have asked for a better one. I enjoyed the food in the main DR, however the last night (Saturday) everything did taste like leftovers. Our waiter (Igor) was wonderful. We loved the music hall except for the lack of seating. We did the I-Fly, Northstar and escape room and loved all 3. I do however think the front solarium should be for adults over 25 years of age. We both felt like we couldn't escape all the children on-board. No matter where we went there were kids everywhere. As far as the Buffet, my wife and I don't eat the buffet on any of our cruises, honestly with what my wife and I pay for our cruises and all the upgrades we pay for we want to be waited on and having to serve yourself on vacation is not our cup of tea. Just being honest. We did book this same cruise next year but we're bringing our whole family.

We were on same sailing and we completely agree on food situation. Also good points about the spas needing resurfacing

Was your balcony view unobstructed? This is my exact room when I board this Sunday. 1st cruise ever!
