Review summary

Awesome ship, had a fabulous time! Staff amazing! 😊

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We competed our check in before hand, including photos so embarkation was super fast and easy. We dropped our luggage and was on the ship within 10 minutes. Surpassed my expectations.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We ate in Chic with traditional dining, our wait staff and head waiter were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was awesome, very flavourful, lots of selection and the portion size was perfect. We ate in Cafe 270 for lunch many times, we enjoyed the sandwiches and it was so nice to have soup and salad with lunch. For breakfast we ate in the sit down restaurant and had the buffet, loads of selections from cold or hot food, plenty of fruit, was wonderful!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We had a blast on the bumper cars! Our son was able to play on an Xbox however it would be nice to have some oversight as many kids didn’t stick to the 30 minute limit and it made it challenging to get on. Enjoyed the pool in Solarium which was the adult only area. My husband used the fitness centre and was impressed with the equipment.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We enjoyed “We Will Rock You” but was a bit lost watching “The Gift” however found the singing/voices great.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Absolutely loved our room steward, Roy was friendly and bubbly, he did an amazing job with our cabin. Our waiters were knowledgeable and friendly.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Given our cruise was sold out and the ship holds over 4,000 guests I was amazed at how I never felt crowded, the layout of the ship and all the activities dispersed the guests nicely. Our cabin was tastefully decorated as was the rest of the ship. You could find comfortable seating all over the ship. Loved all the artwork displayed in the stairwell!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had a junior suite which was awesome! We had two bathrooms, a large balcony with comfortable seating. Our couch made into a queen bed and we had a pullman which dropped from the ceiling. The cabin had plenty of space to unpack our clothes. It’s ruined cruising moving forward, I can’t imagine going back to a standard cabin after this.

Ports of call

King's Wharf, Bermuda

Beautiful island! We did jet skiing through KW Watersports at the Dockyards and had a blast. We also did horseback riding with Mike Watson which was a fun way to see the island. We spent a bit of time in Hamilton but didn’t really find any shops we were interested in. The ferry from the Dockyards to Hamilton has seen better days but got the job done. I wish the ferry was a bit more frequent.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
I was shocked at how smoothly and quickly disembarkation was. We chose to carry our luggage off, we were off the ship and in our taxi within 15 mins. Amazing!

Great ship, lots to do but for us a little bigger than we like. We had a great time but my husband has a hard time walking long distances. Luckily there are always lots of places to sit and rest a few minutes.
