Main dining room staff were terrible. My wife was ignored and couldn't even get a glass of tea after asking 3 times and then had to get Head waiter involved. Mr Sanantan the "Dining Manager" had to be called to guest services to address our complaints he made promises he never kept after speaking to him in Guest Services. He gave us his card and told us to have him paged upon arriving at the main dining room. Our hostess had to page 5-8 times and he never showed up until after dinner when the bill came and I wrote on the bill "Thank you Mr. Sanatan for not showing up as promised signed my name and his to the check" after handing it to the waitress she looked at it and magically appeared standing over my wife's shoulder staring at me. I asked "Can I help you?"he said he was sorry but had other problems in his dining areas he had to take care of so I guess we were the last of his concerns till the waitress told him what I wrote on the bill.

Cabin was very nice as expected! House cleaning was a joke! They would not put toilet paper on the roll it was left on the counter top after cleaning the trash can that lid was also left off and on the counter top. They took the glasses in the bathroom when I asked for new ones and were never replaced till I had to get them myself. Our request for our robes as Platinum members were ignored till the 4th night
