I don't think it's fair to rate CocoCay 1 star simply because you couldn't get there due to wind. I do realize that trying to give port-specific reviews causes this site to force a star rating for the port; but if you couldn't get there at all, just note that in the summary section of your review and leave the port-specific review out entirely. Or at least just use the average 3 stars. Readers just glancing at the star rating and not reading the detail on it will think Coco Cay is an awful place and should avoid it. By this time next year, the pier at Coco Cay will be completed, tendering will no longer be an issue, and being unable to dock due to wind or waves will be a thing of the past.
