check in is smoothest of all cruise line i have had experienced. show your boarding pass , got stamped and you on board, your cabin key is out side your cabin.

food at the complimentary restaurant is pretty much standard , as good as other cruise line. But food at the Windjammer one size cut too big (the BBQ chicken), the hot dog is too salty, the omelet way over cooked. and the shame is for the foods on CocoCay, they are NOT protected from the flies...the ribs, the piglet, pretty much everything is COVER with flies. I had to go back to the ship to eat lunch.

virtual balcony is awesomes, made you feel like your are on the inside looking out the balcony.
bewarn, the are no one selling excursion down the dock like other port, if you did not purchase excursion onboard, or sold out, your only option is to ride very expensive shuttle bus fare -$16.00 to downtown and back, about 5 minutes drive- and being a small town, there is nothing for you to see and do.
