It was not good at all I wish I had insurance that would refund my money. I would never ever recommend this cruise to anyone. We did travel with other people that said they went on the Oasis of the Seas and it was a million times better, they were embarrassed they booked this particular trip for all of us(we had a group of 15)

I have been on several different cruise ships and I can say I was very excited about trying Royal Caribbean
for the first time thinking that it would be top notch. Well it was not!! There were a bunch of technical difficulties as far as setting up wifi as soon as we got on the ship. The food was nothing what I expected, if you didn't pay for the upgraded restaurants it was fair in the main dining room and the buffet. The bartenders were not friendly at all, in fact, had us wait for for long periods of time before even acknowledging us at the bar. Then on the 5th day there was no fruit being put in our drinks and we questioned this only to find out the next day there was an outbreak of illness on the ship. We did not find customer service friendly or informative about anything. We basically had to figure out everything on our own. I feel it was my worst vacation ever and I am so sad we wasted all that money. There were no fun activities around the pool area other than the house band and they were great and super friendly!! Only good part of the trip!!

We went on the bumper cars, of course we didn't make it the first day because they shut it down right before we got on because time ran out. We did bingo, that was ok. we went to the casino and actually had a dealer yell at us because we were talking by her roulette table and said the table was cold and no one was winning..That was totally uncalled for!! You would never see that happen in Las Vegas, Atlantic City or another cruise line!!

Some of the complaints seem to be just nit-picky... We're booked for March 8th... Our 2nd time on the Anthem. Amazing time last year and it's so convenient since we live in NJ.

How can you complain on a cruise? Royal Caribbean goes above and beyond to make your cruise the best EVER... I have cruised 11 times and can’t complain-not one thing!
Bumper cars end at a certain time, it's not 24x7. Go earlier. I'm on board now doing a B2B and bartenders have been great. I've been on Oasis and Anthem is just as good. Different class of ship but Anthem has a lot of unique and wonderful things that Oasis doesn't such as the bumper cars you mentioned. I don't think they sell insurance to ensure you have a good time, that's on each of us to make any cruise great.
