Review summary

Had a good time. We wanted to book another cruise while on the ship but was not able to because no handicap rooms was available. Hoping we can get the $600.00 + discounts on our next cruise. Looking for a longer cruise next time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The Main dining room was exceptional every night, but the windjammer was so crowed we hav a very hard time to get a table to sit at. We had 2 people in our group in Power wheel chairs and had a very hard time finding a table with accessibility for the wheelchairs. There was only a couple of tables marked for handicap but they allowed anyone to sit at these tables that was not handicap. We did find the dining area called the Salarium for adults only with age to be over 16 to dine there and no kids but they did not enforce it. We had families come in with 5 or 6 kids and they was running around and it was so hard to get a table there as well because of handicap accessible .

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pools, and hot tubs was great. The belly flop contest was a blast.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The shows and stage shows as well as the musicians was fantastic.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We ate at the Main Dining Room Every night and sat at the same table (#582) and our head waiter named (Kresimir) and his Assistant named (Mechale) did a exceptional job to make our dining experiences memorable. They were very professional and curtious. They should be recognized for a exceptional job well done. Also Anthony Navarro who over looked our waiters was always making sure everything was great with our meal and service.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
great design. Very beautiful and well maintained to the highest standards.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very comfortable, The room steward who cleaned our room did a exceptional job and was always close by to make sure we did not need anything.

Ship tip

You have to eat in the main dining room every night to enjoy a great meal with the greatest service.

Ports of call

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

5 out of 5
We did not get off the ship because we took advantage of being able to enjoy more thing on the ship with a lot of the people off the ship in ports. Also it made it so much easier to get elevators without all the people on board.

It’s great you had a nice time, but you seam to not understand the rating system. You shouldn’t be giving 5 stars to ports you didn’t go to. You stayed on the ship your entire cruise.
