Yes the royal Caribbean website is VERY misleading with how it presents information about each ship. Not sure about this specific example, but just go look and see. Explorer has retractable roof solarium? Says it does but it doesn't. Shows pictures of adventure ocean rooms that don't exist on explorer either so it's not unheard of for certain "research" to be inaccurate! Don't bash people for their reviews
