We had a very enjoyable experience, even with some bad weather! We really would have been happier if we could have experienced more of what the ship has to offer, i.e. IFly, etc.

Pancakes were frozen, not fresh--real disappointment.
One dinner-my time dining, main dining room, we had older children, at least 10 or 12, sitting near us who were loud and generally disruptive and the parents did not even try to control them.
Also, there were way too many children in the bars late at night.
Onboard Activities

IFly was "under maintenance " when we were supposed to go, NorthStar wasn't running due to rough seas, robot bar was broken the entire cruise and everything on the ship shut down at 12:30 or 1:00.
Entertainment

Enjoyed "We Will Rock You" and Rock the Boat band. Spectra was awful. The Gift was confusing. Enjoyed the comedian.

All staff members were had contact with were very helpful and friendly! Our waiters for My Time dining, Edi and Sophan were absolutely wonderful! Also, Carolina, our housekeeper was the greatest!
That is why you can book another cruise on the same ship. Experience more, and repeat what you liked, ignore what you did not like. Experience is great!
