Review summary
Didn't care for most of the shows. Walked out on 2 of them. Need more variety in the main dining room. Food was alot of the times better in the Windjammer Buffet then it was in the main dining room. I have been on 2 different Royal Carribean cruise ships in the past 3 months and the food was the same for both ships. I booked my next cruise in July with Carnival just so i could have a different food experience. I bought with me on the cruise my 2 grandchildren who were 12 and 13 years old. For the 1st 2 days we got a agenda schedule for 6-8 years olds included with our compass. I didn't know there was a seperate one for teenagers. So the kids missed out on knowing about the Teen meet and greet type things the 1st 2 days. unless it was on the compass. The Casino on this particular ship I found to have the worse slot machines as far as payouts. One night we arrived to dinner in the Main dining room at our appointed time to find another family sitting at our table. We had to stand there in the middle of the dining room and wait for the family to be relocated (once they decided they were going to move) to another table and then wait for our table to be reset with table cloth and silverware. Whole process took about 15 minutes. The cabin was very nice. most all of the staff was very cheerful and helpful. Except for the customer service lady name Roxana she checked me in and wasn't very pleasant. i think she got annoyed when I didn't understand what she was explained to me about the running out of a particular wrist band. I also noticed every time i went to customer service while waiting in those long lines if she was there I would just pass the time by watching her while she interacted with other guest. I never once saw her smile. I got the feeling that she doesnt enjoy her job. maybe she is tired of being in Customer service
