Review summary

This ship offers non stop fun. There was always something to do. The shows were fabulous. I especially liked Spectra in the Two 70 lounge but the sight lines were not always the best. Dinner at Jamies Italian was a special treat. I liked that our wait staff followed us to different restaurants throughout the cruise. Robotic bar was fun. The shops were pricey. The solarium was crowed on the first sea day but after that it was a pleasure. Bumper cars were great but were not able to get a reservation for North Star. Over all would do it again.

Even though the balcony was small, it was big enough for the 2 of us. Room was nicely laid out with enough closet and draw space.

Ship tip

To avoid lines book your shows in advance of your cruise. There is no need to book specialty restaurants early if you eat at an early time. Book Northstar the when you get on the ship

Solarium is great. Also loved the 270 lounge for both evening entertainment and also was good for breakfast and lunch. Ship is lovely but can get crowded on the top deck. Had no trouble getting on the North Star last year but we were on a 13 night cruise.

The crowds were not too bad. There are plenty of places to roam on the ship. The pool area was great this trip, no kids. We were on the NewEngland, Canada cruise.
