Review summary

There was broken glass on the top deck of the ship during the entire cruise., Glass panels in the roof of the pool area's were broken and or missing. The North star flow rider and the I fly were all broke in the beginning of the trip. There weren't enough waiter on deck you had to go to the bar yourself if you wanted something to drink. There were missing panels and wires hanging from the celling of the top deck , broken hand rails on the top deck spots of dried blood on the floor. Kids sitting on the stairs making it hard to walk up or down stairs. Most of the trip a lot of the elevators were out of service.

The ship is turning around and heading back to NJ. Norivirus outbreak and another storm coming..Ship can't catch a break.

U can do a lot of stuff at home but when ur in a cruise ur not at home , why don't u make up your own bed , or cook ur own food while ur on a cruise since u wanna compare home to a cruise spacecowboy

I bet they learned something. (I hope). Your right kenoboy this is an expensive trip. We are dropping 10+k for inside rooms (3), excursions and dining just so far! I'd be upset if they took us out limping along. They should have diverted from the storm. All this would have been avoided. Guess we'll see what next winter cruise decisions are made.

I understand. I would be upset also, but, you could step on a piece of glass at home or walking down the street. Just seems like there are so many people slamming the cruise industry for things that can happen anywhere you go. This is not a perfect world.

If you were on a land vacation and they told you the pools are closed for your first three days and when they opened them your kid got his foot cut on glass you be upset too.

So tired of all the negativity. Some people really need to take a land vacation or, some other type of trip. April 18th and I WILL have a wonderful time no matter what happens

Have pictures and RC has a copy but north star was broken and not working fully they worked on it all day in FL and told us it could not swing over ship like it a was supposed to as it was not working fully

Take the cruise. You will have a great time. Go with a positive attitude. We cruised the week after the storm.

One window out in the solarium. And they fixed that in Florida. I didn't see any broken glass. And the North Star is only used in port. The first 3 days were out at sea. I was on that cruise and had a great time. The ship is beautiful and the service was terrific. I was on the top deck. Broken hand rails. I didn't see that or dried blood. I walked every inch of that ship every day. Pictures????

Yea everything was alot better by the end of the trip I was mad that they didn't take time to fix it before we sailed they could have had it fixed.

Sorry, I dont want to bash other people. I think the cruise on the 13th must have been hellish. Too bad RCCL can't rewind the clock for February

I do hope my trip is better. If we didn't have plane tickets and hotels for everyone I would switch to smaller boat.

Was on the 13 the blood was from the from the two kids that had there feet cut from glass in the pool they forgot to clean the shut it down and drain and clean it but for like ten minute there was blood on the deck.

They saw broken glass, not glass laying around. Who know when the blood was put there..if it was. Could have just happened...

I still cannot believe they left glass laying around and blood on the banisters. I just know that a cruise ship is a floating hotel with staff to clear it up. Why then are people still seeing this?

I was on the ship in the storm. I'm shocked they continued with the next sailing given all the damage.
