upon arrival got to the room we specifically reserved with our agent. There was only one key in our envelope which did not work. Went back to the service desk to notify them of the issue. stood in line for 45 min. when we finally got to see an agent there was no apology, just a sarcastic "thats because its not your room anymore" then he went on to say that "we've been upgraded to another room".

we went from the 5th floor to the 12th floor. we got to our "upgraded room" only to find someone else's name, room keys, excursion tickets/ intineraries and champagne in the room. In a nutshell they were very unorganized and unprofessional. Specifically in the areas of customer service, luggage delivery, windjammer seating, applying unboard credits in a timely manner and catering to the needs of their passengers in a respectful and courteous manner.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
food was good but nothing to rave about. very difficult to find seating in the windjammer. especially for breakfast.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
not enough activities geared specifically for adults

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Liked the headliner shows better than the royal caribbean production shows

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
childrens programs are great if you have kids. But if you dont it can be a bit overwhelming. There were kids everywhere. Even at the adult only activities. Prob need to implement a stricter policy when it comes to that.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
cruise director Abe was great as well as the staff that works along side with him

Ship Quality

windjammer can get over crowed at times. Takes a while for attendant to clean the tables off from the prior guest.

Cabin / Stateroom

They messed up our room assignment twice.

Ship Tip

Would recommend Oasis Of The Seas or Allure Of The Seas. Honestly would not recommend this ship. Maybe more prone for a better experience if you have kids.

if you book a tour on this island. Be at the gangway at least an hour before your tour if not more. You will have to take a boat from the ship to the island. long lines can be an issue to load people on these boats.

Be prepared to be bombarded by large groups of locals trying to sell their goods and services as soon as you get into the main port.
