Allure is a beautiful ship with tons of stuff to do for the whole family. Central Park is beautiful. The Boardwalk area is really cool. The Rising Tide bar that moves up and down between floors was really neat. As always the staff was excellent: always friendly and helpful. Our ports were ok but we didn't have great weather unfortunately. Storm Alberto came early to Florida and the Western Caribbean. But it wasn't a total washout. I loved the Solarium adults only pool area. And even with 6500 people on board it never felt crowded and we did not have long lines for anything. My time dining was great. We always got right in with no reservations. I highly recommend Allure of the Seas. She's a beauty.

My travel agent bj was supposed to give them information about my birthday celebration which he promised me he didn't do that

Allure is the biggest and best class of ships . Super clean and still relevant

I love the ship but you can tell it is getting worn inside the cabins. The sofa in my cabin had stains on it and there was visible wear and tear on the vanity and in the bathroom. However; the entire ship is well taken care of and very well maintained and clean. We had a very good cruise.

Excellent food and drink! No complaints there at all! Our room was great as well and so was our attendant. He was always cheerful and with a big smile! We were disappointed with the pool layout for sure. I guess we were expecting at least one larger pool for adults. The biggest disappointment was the fact that you do have 4 different pool areas and you allow kids at all of them. I don't quite understand that since you could easily accommodate children on one side of the boat with 2 pools which would leave another side of the boat (obviously the side where you can smoke) for adults to feel comfortable being adults quite frankly - w/out the fear of offending someone with kids or knocking one over accidentally. This to me is a no brainer! One other thing that really bothered me was the fact that we were told on many occasions that what we bought on the boat and in port was tax & duty free. This is not the case whatsoever. We were pulled out randomly (Yea right) and had to pay monies on merchandise we bought on the boat and in port at Puerto Rico. The other thing that VERY much bothers me about this is the fact that they knew what we had spent almost to the dime .......... so much for privacy!!!!! Pretty upset about this situation honestly!!

Overall this trip was typical Royal Caribbean: Excellent food nearly every evening (6 of 7); Great service in the Dining Room and Cabin - Good but not great service at the Buffet; Very Good to Outstanding entertainment; Well organized (a little pricey) Shore Excursions.

Loved this cruise, ports were great, food was great, ship was great. We had a fabulous time.

Our cabin stewart was Sanjay and he was nice and kept us in order. In the dining room we had Norman and Ostap; they were friendly, funny and entertaining. Norman's dinner recommendations were spot on! The team in the photo department were great, always offering suggestions for poses and even snapping a picture or 2 with our own cameras when we saw each other in Costa Maya. Silvia was outstanding! I don't remember his name, but the gentleman that works in the store that sells alcohol, he was extremely helpful and really knows his products! Word of advice on excursions is to keep your ticket with you to prove you paid for all activities.

Ship staff are not as friendly as we are use to. There are too many guests and not enough room. You stand in line for EVERYTHING. We finally got in the buffet ONE day out of 7 because we were there as soon as it opened. Go early!! Bar staff hand you a ticket with every drink and expect you to give a tip even though your paying daily gratuities. If you don’t tip, you get bad service or poor drinks the next time.

Great ports of calls and enough variety for everyone

The Allure is a wonderful ship to cruise on. There are so many areas to explore...boardwalk, central park, the promenade and casino.

this was a very busy cruise ship with well over 6000 passengers, my disappointment was with the check in procedure,what append to the loyalty check in procedure,it was like a cattle farm, especially we where traveling with our 4 year old grandson, it was a long line procedure not very impressed ,its like our first cruise,being emerald meant nothing on this cruise,

Having been on several cruises in the past 20 years, we especially enjoyed the variety and entertainment options of this larger cruise ship. So many options!! At the same time, the larger volume of passengers (~6500) was overwhelming at meals. Food is in abundance but average...lacking the innovation and sophistication that was present in past (smaller ships). Missed the elaborate specialty buffets with desserts and ice scuptures.

We never thought we wanted to cruise in one of the gigantic Royal Caribbean ships and wouldn't have if we weren't going with our son and his wife and her parents. We probably won't again unless there is an exceptionally good deal with great ports. We are an older couple (69 and 71) and so the flowrider, rock climbing wall, zipline and ice skating rink were not inducements. The bathroom in our cabin had no clothesline for hanging wet clothes - ridiculous on a cruise that involved water sports. The TV was great and the bed comfortable, but we were wakened by the closet door sliding back and forth until we put a towel under it. We were really impressed by the speed of embarkation as we thought it could be awful with that many people. The lunch venues were so-so. Kudos to Royal Caribbean for having enough lounge chairs for the pools and actually enforcing the rules against hogging them.

Incidentals are expensive already and then they add an 18% gratuity to evwrything

With the exception of how the Captain acted we enjoyed the cruise. Every one else was friendly.

Great cruise. Royal Carribean did not have control of the weather in Nassau or the custom line at disembarkment. Cruiseonly (Harry Kroll) was wonderful in answering all our questions before the cruise and I felt comfortable calling him when I had questions. I will call him when we cruise again. Thank you for all your help.

Beautiful ship- enjoyed the comedy show, spa services, food in the specialty restaurants, shops on board were the best, eating in central park, gambling in the casino and dancing in the clubs. We will be on this ship again June 17th -June 24th with a big group of friends.

The Allure of the Seas is a huge but not imposing ship. The ship activities are numerous, something for everyone, no matter what age. The excurions for this particular cruise were fun an informative. Wonderful Caribbean Cruise.
