After 11 cruises on 3 different lines, mostly RC, we do not feel any discernible difference in service warrants the overall additional cost incurred on RC and will most likely not be back, instead taking advantage of better fares and "perks" on other lines (Carnival and Norweigian)

Embarkation was so easy and not hectic at all that was wonderful. For a big ship like this is you were almost never in a line up that is amazing cause when you are on holidays it is the last thing you want to do is stand in a line up. We have had so many cruise that Disembarkation is so hectic that it can turn you off BUT this ship there was no stress at all it was so easy we walk right off no waiting. It was even easy to get a taxi. This was the most relaxing cruise we have had in a long time. ALL of the ships staff was very attentive to details that is what makes your cruise of FANTASTIC.

It was a good experience, they do try to charge for absolutely everything and it can be expensive but the food was good ... biggest highlight were the shows, ice skating, the aqua, blue planet and mamá mía.

The boat was nice - Lots of bars, restaurants and activities. However, the food was not great and RC charges outrageous prices on drinks and dining at the extra restaurants. We paid an average of $13 per cocktail (and they were weak) plus a service fee of $2-4 per drink PLUS was asked to tip on top of that. To eat at one of the restaurants a family of 4 would pay about $65-125. The buffet food was terrible and the desserts were horrible. Service was average at best, as we sat at the tables covered in dirty dishes and went 20-30 minutes without drink refills in the formal dining room. We have cruised Carnival and Princess and felt they are a MUCH better value for the money. We were charged almost $500 gratuities at the end of the cruise and that was WAY more than RC deserved considering the food and service. In addition, the pool areas are nice (fresh water pools are great) but it's so crowded you cannot even more around. Loungers are laying side by side with little room to even walk. The buffet is also very poorly laid out. Its mass chaos in the buffet area. We walked around several times for 10-15 minutes just trying to find a clean table. For the extra money RC charges, service and food should be way better. We'll stick to Carnival.

The ship is magnificent!!!! The staff, especially in the dining areas were special and the food and entertainment were exceptional.

Everything from dinner to the entertainment was awesome.... again, I had to find other things to do on this cruise as I was still recovering from surgery. I normally do the zipline, flow rider, play in the 3 on 3 tournament, and all. So the shows were my entertainment and the lounge chairs!!! Lol! Awesome! I want to thank Cheryl Stronzer for all she did to make my engagement cruise EPIC!

They did not apply the $75 credit I had. The only issue I have with the ship is they don't have a laundry room like carnival cruise line. Instead they want to charge you to iron your own clothes.

We really enjoy cruising with RC. When we returned home, we booked out next cruise within the week.

We had a great time and looking forward to cruise again with royal Caribbean this was our second trip with allure of the seas

WE WERE AMAZED HOW EASY IT WAS FROM THE AIRPORT WE GOT A SHUTTLE TO GETTING ON THE SHIP. OUR CABIN WAS READY AT 1 O CLOCK , WE LOVED ALL THE SHOWS THEY WERE TOP NOTCHED. LOVED THE BANDS IN THE CLUBS. VERY WELL ORGANIZED, GETTING OFF THE SHIP WAS EASY, WE WILL SAIL WITH THEM AGAIN!

Loved the cruise, it was a great experience and adventure. We booked the excursions through marriott as well and they were far better and cheaper than what the cruise ship offered.

not handicap friendly...every staff member kept reminding us to give them a great review so that they could get reworded with days off… :-(

Althea was a fantastic waiter. She was personable and energetic, always had a smile!

We were obviously disappointed with the Allure this time around and know that the change in staff is what made the difference. As soon to be Diamond Class members we would suggest that RCCL bring back some of the Phillipino Staff that was all sent to the newer ships. "Yo Man" is fine by the pool but not working in the formal dining rooms and specialty restaurants, especially if they want to continue showing obvious bias, goofing around and not doing their job. Better look into this RCCL.

Royal Caribbean seems to put much more effort into upselling more than anything else. Staff has no problem interrupting dinner, conversations, etc to try and push whatever they're selling. Staff on this cruise was not nearly as friendly or helpful as they should be.

The ship was nice but the specialty dining service was not so great, The main dining and other locations were great. Wonderful shows

Didn't like the ports of call and was to hot and hard for me to get around.

The staff and service was excellent. Our waiter Osman and Chester were superb and always happy.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time on The Allure......clean and masterful ship design!
