This was my first cruise, I had an amazing time, I truly wished It was longer.

I really enjoyed my first cruise experience. Special thank you to waiter Mr. Iputu, assistant waiter Mr. Permadi, and room attendant Mr. Komang.

Overall it was an excellent trip. The customer service was excellent, but the food needs improvement. The ship is beautiful and doesn't feel crowded except on the pool deck and elevators.

We had 26 family members on this trip. From the time we embarked to the time we disembarked; the staff was extremely attentive to our every need. What a great experience for our whole family. Allure of the Seas provided memories that will last a lifetime. Absolutely incredible trip!

The internet service on the cruise was poor and unreliable.

Great cruise, first time on Royal Caribbean. Not along of drink options for those who do not drink alcohol.

Carlene was a phenomenal server in the dining room. Celine was an extraordinary photographer. The staff at the bar snd room attendant was courteous and professional

A very good experience! All staff was very friendly and accommodating! Ship was always spotless and staff is constantly cleaning, picking up trash etc. The ship was beautiful. The only real negative is the soft drink, mixed drink, and beer prices. Very expensive! Water, tea, coffee, and juices were included and plentiful.

It was great. However, we were a family of 4. Cruise Ship or the AA Agent could have arranged 2 rooms close to my other family members. Me and my son were in 7th floor toward the front and my wife and my daughter's room were on the 9th floor in the back of the ship. It was so much walking to coordinate things with my family. Caused a lot of inconvenience.

The cruise was just ok. While the shows were excellent, the food was average and the activities were, too.

I don't think I would ever do this cruise again. It might just be me. I might not be a cruise person. I felt very claustrophobic on the ship. It was sooooooo crowded everywhere we went. I was with my 82 year old mother and had to wait for elevators with her which was unbearable. They were so full all the time. Most of the time, I would send her on the elevator so she could squeeze in and I would climb the stairs and wait for her. Most of the activities were too crowded to participate in as well and the constant staff request for reviews was just way too much. I'm flying to Hawaii next time so I can relax.

My family and I recently sailed on allure of the seas for 4th of July out of port Canaveral and we started out having an amazing trip until we didn’t. My whole family got diarrhea the 3 day of travel and ruined our experience. Some of us were in shows running out of them to get to the bathroom and others never made it out of the room and had to spend the rest of the evening in cabin because of how bad it was. It’s been a week since we have got off board and some of us are still having issues and others have recovered. This is awful and we heard of something spreading on the ships and I called to inquire before the cruise and was told that they were aware but that it was still safe to sell. Obviously it was not if you guys have not resolved the issues or whatever this bacteria or disease is. Our family wants some type of retribution for this. This is not how we want our experience especially when we are celebrated birthdays and it’s supposed to be a great experience.

This was primarily for the grandkids, we prefer longer cruises ourselves. Overall they were happy with the cruise.
