Review summary

The ship is nice but needs more fun activities on ship. Didn't hear the cruise director but a couple of times not sure who he was.

Did not do speciality but main dining and buffets were not good. Did sea brunch waited over 1 hr. for food to be told some items were out. What we did get was not hot just barely warm. Servers were rude. Johnny Rockets was good.

Room steward was OK seemed to not want to be there. Once we starting tipping extra he was ok. Dining room waiters were terrible when we went. Not pleasant at all .

Had been there before and as we went to go off ship terrible storm came.

Another review confirming that Royal Caribbean cares little if nothing at all for their regular customers to get any kind of good service or a good cruising experience you have to buy a suite or be a gold star member of their loyalty club otherwise or recruitment seems to treat you like a present
