Review summary

I enjoyed myself. The casino machine cheated me and the worker talked to me as if I were lying ,but other than that I enjoyed myself. Lots of activities and the food was pretty good and diverse. My room was blocked by the rails a bit so I didn't get the whole ocean view I anticipated. Don't add gratuity to people's bill..I tipped twice but did receive a credit back. Thank Royal Carribean.

I put money money on the machine and in one spin all my money was gone...he pulled up the information on the machine to prove me wrong ,but I admitted my fault on the first spin for a 8.00 bet but after that my money was gone n I went for help. He claimed they would refund me ,but did not. I just left cause I know how to play with the same machine I used all times I went into the casino. His mouth made me mad more than the machine taking money from me. I told him the machine took 80 cent soon as I put money on without spinning. That was earlier in the day it did me like that 3 times ,so it's my own fault for still playing with it. He denying anything wrong on the machines end. The credits were unexpected...I told them about the 18.00 gratuity they add but it's natural for me to tip so they returned a few of the 18.00 back.
