Worst cruise I have ever been on. Tried to make best of it but seems like Royal is just going through the motions and not caring as much anymore.

Ship dirty and smelly. Sewer smell on deck 9 Ship layout is horrible. Can’t go thru while ship on promenade deck have to go up and down. Will never cruise on this big of ship again. Too many people elevators are alway hot and full.

Needs a refurb. Too many people smoking on balcony. Couldn’t enjoy due to smokers complained and nothing was done about it

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

Port is great but we were held up over 4 hours due to sickness in being allowed to get off on this port. Terrible communication from crew. It was always be patient. Another 15 minutes. People were pretty upset as was I. Just needed to have better communication

We were on Allure for 8 days in May 2022 for my birthday. It was Top Notch. There was six of us everyone was more than Happy

We were on Allure with friends in January and we all loved it. Going again in a few days and looking forward to another great time. We mostly take the stairs so the elevators won't be a problem for us. Haven't read of any continued Noro problems on Allure after the cruise you were on.
