We had a great time. Nassau was the only downside as it was dirty and everyone was really pushy, in your face while trying to sell you something. Coco cay was awesome! The boat was great but they really need to get a better automated system. At a lot of the places they had to manually write down your name and stateroom when you ordered something. They should take a page out of Disneys book and develop bands to wear on your wrist that you use for everything from opening your room to ordering food/drinks. Shows were amazing. The food was great. Sorrentos pizza was the best! Onboard activities were nice.
Embarkation

Seamless and easy parking, security and we are on the boat in less than 20 minutes from arrival to the terminal.

Children's Programs

Used teen club. The kids liked it. Nothing in the arcade worked and guest services was supposed to refund me but never did.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Most of the staff was awesome. Always asking if you needed anything and very friendly.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The ship is beautiful. The only issue I would see is that people left plates and empty drink cups all over the place. I think that each floor should have a place where people can put this stuff so it’s not just sitting around.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Cabin was nice. Bed was comfortable. Couch was really small. The tv had literally no channels. Need to update what is available on the tv. I realize they want people out and about on the ship but after a long day you want to kick up your feet and watch some TV but there was nothing to watch. The majority of channels were internal cruise related content.
Ship tip
Bring walkie talkies! The WiFi is ridiculously expensive and if everyone in your party does not have it then you have no way of getting ahold of each other. The interval free WiFi messaging is kind of a joke. It was not worth using. We saw several families with walkie talkies and it was such a great idea!
Amazing time!! We played beach volleyball all day but they only have one court so people were always waiting to play. The pool was cool except for the fact that it was really cold water.
As soon as you left the terminal you are bombarded by locals trying to sell you something. They are really pushy and in your face. One lady even told my husband she was going to stab him when he said he didn’t want a taxi ride. When you go to the “public” beach they make you buy a chair and umbrella and then people are walking up and down the beach trying to get you to buy something. The streets we saw were dirty and cars everywhere. It was a huge disappointment. The terminal area that is gated is really nice. From what I understand once you leave the initial area and tour the island it’s really pretty but we didn’t get that far.
Something must have been wrong with their computer system if they were having to write things down. It was totally automated the two times we went on Allure recently.
